Frame Colors

Suncoast frames are prepared using our exclusive multi stage Platinum Bond™ finishing process. Platinum Bond™ incorporates state of the art equipment and techniqueswith powder coat finishes. The process beginswith hand sanding and inspection of each frame which then enters our automated multi stage pretreatment system. The proprietary chemicals in this system etch the aluminum, providing a corrosion resistant chemical bond between the frame and the finish. After each frame is coated with Platinum Bond™ powder coating, your furniture will travel along our automated high tech finishing conveyor line and through our specially constructed curing ovens where the powder is mechanically fused, and bonded to the aluminum frame yielding a thick, rock hard finish tailored for outdoor use.
